About Legacy
Legacy Builders Incorporated
Legacy is privately owned and operated out of
Saint John, Indiana, just 50 miles south of
Chicago. We build single family custom homes
throughout Northwest Indiana. It is primarily ran by
Ric Funston, the company president and founder.
Legacy Builders Inc. was established in 1988, and
has built many homes over the past two decades.
Most of the homes we build are custom built, however,
we also build model homes. We gladly invite you to
tour one of our model homes just call or email to
make an appointment or find out our open house
